Tamara Hemmerlein will present “Indiana Through the Mapmaker’s Eye” on August 17 at 6 p.m. The program will explore how maps have been used over time as documentation, practical tools, political statements, and works of art. Attendees will examine examples spanning the past 300 years from the Indiana Historical Society’s online collections.
The event is free and open to the public and will be held at the Moral Township Government Center, 8333 N Frontage Rd, Fairland.
