Nephrology was recently awarded funding through the Health First Indiana Grant to raise awareness and provide education to our community about kidney disease.
We are hosting our first community outreach, Dinner with Dr. Diego on July 29th at 5:30 PM at Cholula Mexican Restaurant. It will be presented in Spanish and focusing on our Hispanic population about the importance of "Knowing Your Numbers" regarding chronic kidney disease.
