Join BRANCH, a local non-profit dedicated to removal of invasive plants, on Saturday April 25th from 9am-11am at the Knauf trail (within the first quarter mile). This is at the Big Blue River Trailhead located off of SR9. BRANCH will cut and treat purple wintercreeper.
Anyone is welcome to volunteer, ask questions, and/or check out our work along the trail. Long sleeves, pants, and closed-toed shoes are best to wear for this event. We will provide gloves and tools, or you can bring your own.
RSVP’s are appreciated so we can plan for tools and keep you informed of any updates! 3-5 working volunteers would be ideal, but anyone is welcome to come and learn.
