Books to Shelby County Children: Dolly Parton Imagination Library was available to children in Morristown, IN and Waldron, IN for several years. Thanks to generous donors, the program is now available for ALL Shelby County children —from birth to age 5! Although the program is free for families, it is made possible by financial sponsors in each community. Donations can be made through the Blue River Community Foundation.
