Shelby County Public Library: Rummage Sale (August 25-26)
Shelby County Public Library Rummage Sale will be held on August 25 - 26 (Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-Noon). A Book Sale will also be held on both days during business hours. They are accepting donations for our rummage sale. Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Library who support library programs and library staff events. Any books you can cram into a reusable tote bag are only $5! Individual book titles are marked at low prices.

Senses has some exciting new play equipment and has completely refaced their 24’ tactile wall. They also are offering new and expanded hours. They are now open on Tuesday and Saturday from 10-1, Thursday from 4-7 and FRIDAY from 10-2. They serve children of all abilities from 1 though 6 and ask for $7 per child to play.

John Wheeler, a Morristown, Indiana resident, has written a second book in his series, A Magical Season: Part 2. The book details his journey with Team Indiana’s basketball team to the Special Olympics USA Games.
