Grant interest forms are now being accepted for the Wortman Family Foundation Fund 2023 Grant Cycle. Requests between $2,500-$25,000 will be considered. Interest forms are due on November 1, 2023. Organizations with approved interest forms will receive a link to the grant application. Grant applications are due on December 1, 2023.
