Shelby County Arts Fest is gearing up for Intro to Arts on February 24 (9am-4pm) at Echo Effect (102 East Washington Street Shelbyville IN 46176). This year, a variety of art classes offered will include making a bunny wreath, Chainmaille jewelry, cupcake decorating, making centerpieces, painting with Dawn (acrylics), painting glass bottles, Quilling (picture frame), stained glass, watercolor painting, and more.
